Empathy
We harbour genuine understanding and share the feelings or experiences of others. Stepping into someone else’s shoes and responding with care and compassion. Empathy builds meaningful connections, fosters trust, and helps create a positive and supportive work environment.
Compassion
Compassion goes beyond empathy.
It’s not just understanding others emotions, but also being motivated to help or support people in meaningful ways. It involves recognising when someone is struggling and taking intentional action to support them, creating a culture of kindness and care.
